Delete your NookBloom account

You can delete your NookBloom: Cozy Garden account and all of its data at any time, on the web or in the app.
Delete it in the game
- Open NookBloom (app or web) and sign in.
- Go to "My gardens".
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- Enter your password and tap "Delete forever".
Can't sign in?
Email nookblom.studio@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete account". We will confirm and delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email, display name, password.
- All gameplay data: gardens, plants, decorations, inventory, coins/gems and transaction history, missions, events, gacha pulls.
- Friends, garden visits and gifts you sent or received.
- Sign-in sessions and notification devices.
Data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Periodic backups containing old data are erased within 8 days. We keep no other data after deletion.
