Terms of Use

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
• Please use one account per person. Do not create fake accounts to collect invite rewards or send gifts to yourself.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not:

• Use a display name that is obscene, sexual, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or that impersonates another person, a moderator or NookBloom.
• Harass, bully, threaten or annoy other players.
• Use the game for advertising, spam or scams.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or interfere with the game servers.

An automatic filter blocks inappropriate names. You can report or block any player: open their garden (or your friends list) → "…" → "Report" or "Block". Blocked players can no longer see you, visit or care for your garden, or send you gifts.

We review every report within 24 hours. Offending content is removed (for example, the name is reset to a default name), and offending accounts may be banned permanently without notice.

3. In-game currency and items

Coins, Gems and all items only have value inside the game. They cannot be exchanged for real money or traded outside the game. The game currently does not sell anything for real money. Gacha uses only Coins/Gems earned in the game, and the odds for every item are shown on the gacha screen.

4. Our content

Artwork, sounds, code and the NookBloom name belong to NookBloom Studio. You may use the game for personal entertainment only, and may not copy or redistribute it.

5. Changes and termination

We may update the game, change the rules, rebalance items or discontinue parts of the game. When these terms change we update this page; continuing to play means you accept the new terms.

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time ("My Gardens" → "Delete account").

6. Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or loss of in-game data.
